What do we need?

Do we need AppFolio?
Only for the work-order list, which reads AppFolio through Claude's AppFolio connector. Read access is enough on any AppFolio plan. The owner-lead list works from your inbox alone. On Buildium or other software? Reply to Sarah's email and we'll confirm what's possible.
